01 Sep 10 | AS a regular visitor to the beautiful South Coast I was
surprised to find on my last visit, that there is a group of people in Batemans Bay and Narooma who are trying to keep visitors away by saying that they can no longer fish due to the Batemans Marine Park.

21 Jul 10 | I COULDN’T help but notice that council has installed play equipment at Rotary Park that is actually lots of fun!
We used to play on similar "spinny things" as children when sadly they disappeared from parks due to council’s fear of public liability.

14 Jul 10 | THE patronage at the Rotary Park playground has certainly increased over the last few days and it was great to see so many happy mums, dads and kids enjoying the new playground.

The implied criticism of the Narooma National Parks and Wildlife Service staff, most of whom have worked for many years at the Narooma office of the NSW NPWS, is undeserved.

23 Jun 10 | RECENTLY I supported the Eurobodalla Shire Council’s attempts to get a rate rise to maintain services like our shark net. In most departments I can see value for money in our Council.
