THE Narooma “has it in the Bag” project is delighted that its bag making activity now extends to Batemans Bay.
In February, Life Without Barriers, took on the bag making project.
Life Without Barriers, Catalina, provides support to people living with a disability.
Program coordinator Rebecca and dedicated support volunteer Leanne joined the band of happy ladies fashioning their local newspaper into carrier bags for retail outlets.
They are delighted that their clients will benefit greatly from this project.
Among other spin-offs, their fine and gross motor skills will improve, and they will become more valued members of their local community.
