The second day of the Great Southern Blues Festival has seen a huge and happy crowd rejoice at the return of the festival to Narooma.
The weather was kind to the masses that gathered to hear the likes of Pete Cornelius and the Devilles, Third Degree south coast artist Heath Cullen.
Watermelon Slim and Fiona Boyes were a highlight of the daylight performances with their four piece band rocking out the Peter Phelps Stage at 3.15pm.
One of the night's headline act Chris Wilson delighted the crowd with a guest appearance on the harp for one long number.
As the sun set the crowd cranked up for Backsliders, Papa Chubby and Sari Schorr, Mal Eastick Big Band and Chris Wilson and the Crown of Thorns.
Crowd favorite Chris Wilson praised the event's return to Narooma, saying it was the "spiritual home" of the festival.
"I'm so glad it's back in beautiful Narooma, it's one of my favorite places to play and one of my favorite festivals."
"I'm delighted to be hear and may it always be here."
Today (Sunday) sees South Coast artist Daniel Champagne kick start the music at 12.15pm.
Wyndham local Matt Southern is up next with his band Two Rivers Blues along with Renee Geyer, Ash Grunwald, Russell Morris and Chris Cain.
The music festival is known for being a "giant petri dish" in which experienced and emerging artists can meet and share their passion in a beautiful coastal environment.
