SUSTAINABILITY is the high priority at the IRT Dalmeny Care Centre; with every resident and staff member working hard to ensure that future generations inherit a healthy, sustainable planet.
IRT resident John Low, although a relatively recent arrival, has proven to be a real asset to the small community.
“Realising that there was both, a vast supply of paper in need of recycling and staff in constant need of writing paper, John began making small notebooks from waste paper for staff,” IRT lifestyle manager Leanne O’Neill said.
“These notepads are made to fit neatly in the pocket and are just the right size for scribbled lists and reminders. The note pads are much appreciated by all the staff.”
“The staff at the Dalmeny Care Centre wish to thank you John, for providing us with such a practical resource. Your contribution helps us to better perform our jobs and also assists us to better manage waste.”
