NAROOMA Raine & Horne won the title of Sales Team of the Year Business Growth 2012 at the recent Raine & Horne South Coast awards.
Principal Brian Hastie said the award was primarily based on sales numbers and it was a great team effort and a credit to everyone in the office and their service ethic.
In terms of both sales and listings, business had doubled in the last six months, with six sales in July alone.
The market may have indeed turned a corner with this winter one of the busiest with enquiries mainly coming from Canberra and Sydney, mainly retirement or holiday home buyers.
Raine & Horne Narooma had also just put the La Salle Motel on the market for the De La Salle Brothers.
