Host Shana Provost recognised Graham Osborne for his appearances at the carols over the last 18 years.
Graham received a gift hamper from Mark Anderson from the Narooma Plaza shopping centre, which each year sponsors and organises the carols.
As is tradition, Santa was delivered to the carols on the back of a fire engine by the Narooma Rural Fire Service brigade.
If you missed Santa at the carols, he will be at the Narooma Plaza under the dome tomorrow Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. Check in or call the Plaza to find out the specific times.
Two lucky shoppers will also win “Plaza Dollars” each day up until Christmas.
At the carols, the Volunteer Rescue Association squad provided the lighting and also sold battery powered candles and fibre torches.
Mayor Lindsay Brown delivered his Christmas message.
“Thank you to the Narooma Plaza and all of the local businesses and community members who make this event such a beautiful experience for us all to celebrate this season in the way that has true meaning and is inclusive of all people, faiths and religions,” he said.
“I wish you all a very, Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.”
