First up the Devils played Tathra. The boys took a little time to get in the groove but won that match 8-4.
Next up Narooma had Moruya and went down 8-0 and finally the Devils finished up against the Bay Tigers with a great win 11-4.
So Narooma had made it through to the semi's.
After a long wait in between games the boys tried to stretch out their tired bodies to take on Eden.
Eden was too strong and knocked Narooma out with an 8-0 win over the Devils. The boys put in a great effort especially the young boys Cali Wilton, Daniel Aldderton and Max Carter who stepped up and played for the Devils.
Kane "Booga" Ayers also had a blinder. Mervyn Naylor and Jermaine Ballengarry made some great breaks on the wing with Tony Tyrell, Justin Keegan and Ben Davis working hard up the middle. All the boys played well. The Devils are set for a great season and had a good start on the weekend.
The Narooma Devils have their first home game this weekend with round 1 of the preseason against Moruya getting underway at 1.30pm.
We will have ladies, reserve grade and first grade. Get down there and support the Devils.
