Even though it was gusting to 20knots on Thursday morning, Wazza was able to get out with his guests and said it was not bad and actually moderating a bit.
Great to see the kings still there after the weekend’s big blow and while Waz said they are a bit “doggy” and picky, he was picking up some big fish all on live yakkas out at Augunish Rock.
He had a fish at 92cm also a few in the 80s and 70s.
And with the water at 23.2 degrees he was just about to head east of the island to see if any dolphinfish were around.
Not only can Wazza catch them, he can also cook up a storm! Check out the photo of his meal fit for a king or a charter boat skipper!

Kingfish burgers with sweet chilli sauce and lightly floured fresh southern calamari entree - beautiful!
Roads and Maritime Services has issued an alert after a Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) warning about dangerous surf conditions forecast to affect the entire NSW coast this Easter weekend.
A slow-moving low-pressure system near New Zealand is expected to create dangerous conditions from late on Friday.
But upon closer review of weather apps, looks like more big swell for weekend, not much wind... And should be fairly sunny - great for the festivals and fishing!
