There they competed against over 120 competitors from the ACT and across Australia, achieving some fantastic results.
Team NRT trainer Sandra Waters took to the stage herself, taking out second place in Figure Masters and a fifth in the Figure Open division. Her experience and expertise revealed an impressive physique that had the crowd roaring.
Jake Vanderheul was also keen to prove himself in his first ever competition and he did just that, securing a second place medallion in the Novice Men division and a fifth place in the Open Men (Short Class).
Also competing for the first time was Shayne Buckler, who took on the challenge of competing above his age group in the Junior Men division and held his own, taking out third place.
Belinda Mathews-Bennet brought her best performance to the stage and walked away with fifth place in Fitness Model 30+ and a sixth place in Fitness Model Novice division, a great achievement for a first time competitor. Congratulations to the whole team for their outstanding accomplishments.
Last Sunday, Team NRT were travelling to Sydney to compete in the 2014 INBA Sydney Championships so Sandra, Jake and Shayne could show the crowd what this growing team from Narooma can do.
This has all been made possible thanks to the excellent facilities and equipment at Oddbods Health & Fitness Centre in Narooma.
