The 2014 Bodalla School Fair was one of the biggest and best yet with hundreds of people from all over the Shire attending in sunny but slightly chilly weather.
There were a great variety of stalls with something for everyone, displays of antique machinery, a variety of stalls and safety demonstrations by the Rural Fire Service.
The Bodalla Rural Fire Brigade were there selling their popular hot dogs and even more popular lamingtons.
“We sold out our lamingtons in record time, sixty-nine dozen in under an hour,”Bodalla Fire Brigade volunteer, Sue Sargent said.
Entertainment for the kids included the haunted house, face painting, rides, slot cars and the RFS fire safety house. There was a variety of good food including hot dogs, cakes, pizza, coffee, ice-cream, steak and sausage sangers, potato curls and more.
