A LOCAL woman was airlifted to Canberra Hospital from Bodalla after a horse riding accident on Sunday, August 10.
The woman, understood to be 25-years old, was hurt at about 2pm in Bodalla Park Drive.
Narooma Ambulance officers transported her to the nearby Bodalla Soccer field, where Snowy Hydro South Care landed.
The woman was flown to Canberra Hospital, but by Monday lunchtime had been discharged.
Bodalla Soccer Club president Donna Davis said games were temporarily delayed during the incident.
Petrol theft
A CAR drove onto the Bermagui Golf Course sometime on Saturday night, between 5pm and 7am Sunday morning. A maintenance area was broken into and a large quantity of fuel was stolen. Shoplifter caught
A 58-year-old man from Narooma was seen stealing a box of ice-creams from Woolworths at 5.30pm last Thursday. He was issued with an on-the-spot fine.
Parts stolen
SOME parts of a motor vehicle were stolen from a business premises in Dalmeny on Friday night.
Banned from pub
AT 11pm August 8, a 33 year-old-male from Narooma was identified within a licensed premises from which he had been banned. He was identified by staff and asked to leave. He became abusive and was then arrested. He is now to attend Narooma Court on a trespass charge.
Banned from plaza
AROUND 11.30am Monday, a 14 year old from Narooma was arrested for trespass at Narooma Plaza, where he had been previously banned.
Watch found
A MEN’S watch was handed in to Narooma Police Station on Sunday. If anyone has lost this, enquire for it at the station.
Cash stolen
A BUSINESS in Bermagui was broken into sometime between Saturday, August 2, and Tuesday, August 5, and cash was stolen.
