The three-man team from Convic skate park builders were planning to have their work finished by today, Friday.
The final concrete pour took place mid-week with the builders starting early and working late each evening over the last couple of weeks to get the project complete.
Eurobodalla Shire Council will now take over with turfing contractors coming in on Monday, weather permitting, to lay the turf around the new park.
Council’s project engineer Rob Staples said then the security fencing and last of the site containers were scheduled to be removed on Tuesday.
“So all going well the park will be available for use by the middle of next week,” Staples said.
“This is all dependent upon the weather and our contractors however it is looking like working to plan at this point.”
The Narooma skate park expansion has taken place thanks to $135,000 budgeted by council.
