The skipper of the Narooma charter boat Playstation, Nick Cowley took a day off on Wednesday to fish Wagonga Inlet at Narooma for a few bream, snapper, salmon and tailor.
His best bream went 37cm to the tip.
He got the bream on a 2.5-inch Zman bloodworm wriggler, as well as heaps of salmon on poppers and plastics but the salmon were fairly small.
The fishing should only get better as the weather warms with the dusky flathead becoming more active in the shallows and the bream cruising the weed lines - so get out there!
