HEAVY rain hit the Far South Coast on Tuesday, with coastal towns such as Bermagui feeling the full brunt of the downpour.
As usual when it pours, Dickinson Oval became a lake, fit only for the ducks and seagulls which splashed happily in their new home.
The Bermagui golf course also flooded, becoming a vast ocean only populated by trees.
There was strong surf along the coast, with big waves crashing around the Blue Pool and Camel Rock.
Further north, the flat at Narooma had gone underwater and south the Bermagui-Tathra Rd was closed at Wapengo Bridge.
