We gave out many awards on the night with Kane Fowler receiving the leading goal kicker, Owen Ford and John Halloran receiving the most improved, Brendan Matters the Most Consistent and taking out the Stewarts award, Jack Dobell Rookie of the year, Paul Lazzaro Most Valuable and Chris Hales best finals player
Our best and fairest was hotly contended this year with only one point separating the top three after the first 13 rounds. It came down to the final round to get our winner, Dave Campbell, who only just beat Daniel Smith who had to settle for best and fairest runner up, by one vote. Well done Dave, you certainly earned it.
The junior club person of the year went to Jayden Scott and senior club person of the year went to Rae Smith. Both were worthy recipients.
All of our volunteers were recognised on the night with all receiving thank you gifts. We couldn't get through the season without them.
