Eurobodalla Shire Council workers are hoping that the weather holds up and they will be able to complete the stretch of kerb and guttering between Laidley Avenue and Potato Point Road on the eastern side of the Princes Highway tomorrow.
The next stage planned for the Bodalla works is the kerb, gutter and driveway works at the Matilda’s Garage; a pedestrian refuge outside the garage and a right hand turn lane into Sutcliffe Street.
Eurobodalla Shire Council doesn’t plan to start these works until next year.
Roads and Maritime Services are contributing $180,000 and Eurobodalla Shire Council is expected to contribute about $255,000 to the Bodalla kerb and guttering works.
