Narooma Dalmeny bushwalkers visit the Grampians

THE Dalmeny Narooma Bushwalkers have spent a week walking in the Grampians. While away Maggie Finch has conducted walks at home, last Thursday being Narooma surrounds with five walkers and Saturday was four walkers doing 7km around Corunna Forest area. The group at the Grampians’ walked every day and thanks to Wendy Selby and Jan Thomas saw all the best sights. Last Friday Mt William summit was attempted by all reaching 1167m in height and providing a 360 degree view of all the Grampians has to offer. The previous climbs to Mt Rosea, Pinnacle, Piccaninny and Mt Abrupt gave us the training to conquer this highest peak.
