Held on April 12 from 12pm, Mr West will have a conversation with Mary Williams from the Cobargo CWA over the course of the meal.
Mr West has been involved with the CWA as part of River Cottage Australia.
The lunch will comprise recipes from the River Cottage Australia Cookbook and will be made from seasonal, local produce.
There will be a Q&A session during the event for attendees to ask questions of Mr West.
The chef will also be signing books.
Tickets need to be bought in advance, and anyone with dietary requirements should list their requirements when booking.
Paul West will release his new cookbook at Mimosa Wines and Drystone Restaurant on April 12 from 12pm.
Tickets can be bought from Candelo Books, Bega on 6492 3386, over email at candelobooks@bigpond.com or online at www.candelobooks.com and they cost $100 for one person or $155 for two, cookbook included.
The book is also being launched on April 1 at the Tilba Community Centre from 6.30pm with finger food and drinks and the opportunity to have your book signed by Mr West.
