The Dawn Service starts at 6am but prior to that the Narooma Community Choir will be singing songs from the era of WWI.
There will be a catafalque party supplied by the Defence Academy in Canberra and bugler on the day will once again be Narooma’s Podge.
The Dawn Service should finish at 6.20am. At the conclusion of the Dawn Service there will be the traditional “Gun Fire Breakfast” inside Club Narooma.
The breakfast will cost $5 per head. This is the only fundraiser that the Narooma RSL sub branch has during the year and the money raised will assist looking after veterans and their families throughout the year.
The day service begins at 11am following the march.
Marchers are advised to meet outside the Narooma Information Centre at 10.45am. The parade will march from the Narooma Information centre to the war memorial out the front of Club Narooma.
Those that are unable to march through incapacity will be transported in Phil May’s horses and carriage.
The parade will arrive at the war memorial at 10.55am and the service will start at 11am.
Guest speaker for this year’s Centenary Commemoration is the State Member for Bega and Transport Minister, The Hon. Andrew Constance.
Both Narooma High School and Narooma Public School will be involved in the services with the Narooma Public School choir combining with the Narooma Community Choir to sing both the Australian and New Zealand national anthems.
Narooma High School students will be reading the roll of honour and the Narooma Public School captains will be assisting with the flags.
At the completion of the service members are invited to Club Narooma with Two-Up starting from 2pm.
Anzac Commemoration at Tilba
ANZAC Day will be commemorated with a ceremony at the Tilba District War Memorial in Central Tilba, starting at 11am on Anzac Day. It will be preceded by a march past of service personnel and Tilba school children. All ex-service persons and currently serving service personnel from any location, as well as relatives of those who served and who wish to march in their memory, are warmly invited to join this march which will assemble adjacent to the Dromedary Hotel at 10.45am. The march past will be led by a lone piper.
All members of the community are encouraged to come along and join in the service as a show of respect to those in our armed services, past and present.
There will be a cup of tea and Anzac biscuits in the Small Hall after the service.
In addition, there will be a most informative exhibition in the Big Hall at Central Tilba marking the centenary of the Anzac landing.
This Exhibition will be much larger than last year, and will run from April 23 through April 26. In recognition of this year being the centenary of the Anzac landing, it will primarily focus on Gallipoli, but will also have some information on the Western Front.
It will feature static displays, stories of persons from Tilba who enlisted for WW1, stories of many aspects of the Gallipoli campaign two videos and slide show.

Bermagui Centenary of Anzac Day
THE Bermagui Memorial is located in a pristine location at the top of Lamont Street overlooking Bermagui Village, the beautiful Horseshoe Bay with waves lapping on the shores and the magnificent backdrop of hills and mountains.
The Bermagui (Sub-Branch) of the RSL wish to advise Service men/women, members of the Bermagui community and surrounds of Bermagui’s Anzac Day Services for 2015.
Dawn Service
The Dawn Service starts at 6am at the Memorial.
Please arrive early as the service starts at 6am sharp.
A lone piper will play a lament as horsemen from the Bemboka Light Horse parade towards the Memorial and fall in.
A traditional “Gun Fire Breakfast” is at the Bermagui Country Club, catered for by the Women’s Auxiliary.
Memorial Service
Starts at 11am at the Memorial.
Members participating in the March will form up in Lamont Street (opposite Food Works) and March of at 10.45am sharp lead by the Bemboka Light Horse.
The Bermagui Primary School during the service will present the book, ‘Bermagui Citizens who served in World War 1’ to the Bermagui (Sub-Branch) of the RSL as a gift to the community.
Students will read out the 67 names documented in this book.
Please note: To ensure the safety of the marchers and the public Lamont Street will be closed to all non-emergency vehicles from 10.30am until about 11.45am.
Disabled persons will be given vehicle access to the reserved car park adjacent to the Memorial.

ANZAC Day at Tuross Head
TUROSS Head will be commemorating the 100th anniversary of the ANZAC landings at Gallipoli with a Dawn Service at Tuross Memorial Gardens at 5.45am.
The Anzac Diggers Breakfast will follow at Tuross Head Country Club.
Marchers for the day service will assemble at 10.30am at Birdwood Circle for an 11am March to Tuross Country Club.
The Commemorative Service will start at 11.15am.
From 1pm – 2pm the Tuross Head Country Club Singers will perform at the Club and at 2pm Two-up in the Club’s Beer Garden starts.
