Man stabbed by partner

A NAROOMA woman has been charged with reckless wounding after she allegedly stabbed her partner in the thigh.

Police attended their Narooma residence after being alerted to the malicious attack.

The victim, a man in his 60s, was conveyed to Moruya hospital.

Police arrested and charged the 58-year-old woman who is required to appear in court later this month.

Bike found

A BLACK bicycle has been handed in to Narooma police after it was found in the bushes at the bottom of the Davidson Street hill in Narooma.

Anyone who believes they may be the owner of the bike can contact police on 4476 2044.

Greens' signs stolen

 THE Eurobodalla Greens are reporting that several of their council election signs around the Narooma area have been stolen.

This included the one near southern end of town in Narooma, two at bus stop on highway opposite road into Dalmeny and one in centre of village in Bodalla.

“Not sure how they think this will stop people voting Greens but that must be intention!” campaign manager Anne Marret said.

She had now made a report to the Narooma police and anyone with information about the thefts can contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or local police on 4476 2044.
