Now the central coast operation has turned its gaze on Sydney. Last week the Ooomph team opened Harryfields, a new cafe at Mosman Bay Wharf.
"It used to be a place called Wharfies, which sums it up. A classic greasy joes," says Ooomph co-owner Andrew Mansfield.
Slow-cooked pork with apple slaw and panini stuffed with chicken, pancetta, avocado, tomato and aioli populate the opening line-up.
Next month Harryfields, which stocks Pablo & Rusty's coffee, will branch into cold drip and open a separate brew bar.
"We also want to do a dish each night, ferry commuters can eat here on the wharf or takeaway. It might be slow-cooked beef one night, then chicken. They can choose sides like potatoes or kale slaw."
