TEIG Wilton has recently been selected into the NSW Country Rugby League under 16's team to tour New Zealand.
To make this team Teig had to play his way through the stages. By first being selected into the local competition representative team, group 16. He then went on to represent group 16 at the southern championships in Wollongong and was selected into the group 7 and 16 team combined name the Greater Southern Stingrays.
The Stingrays then played in the NSW Country Championships in Muswellbrook on June Long Weekend. Due to Teig's exceptional efforts he was then selected into the NSW Country Rugby League U16's Team. Teig and his team are set to fly out to New Zealand on Saturday, June 27.
