On Sunday the Narooma Ladies League Tag team, the Devils travelled to Bega to play the Bega Chicks in the 2015 grand final where they were defeated 14 to four in a low try scoring game.

Both Narooma and Bega scored one try each, but Bega were successful in conversion and also scored another four penalty goals.
The Narooma Devil women began well with Jamie-Anne Wright and Lilly Bennett saving a try.
The Bega Chicks were on the attack and after 15 minutes into the game they scored their first try which they converted starting the scoring Bega 6 Narooma nil.
With her speed, Lilly Bennett saved another try while Tegan Mundy was furiously tagging the opposition.
Kayla Tyrell and Remi Wilton were working hard but the Devils just couldn't break through the in-form Bega Chicks.
At half time the score was still Bega 6 - Narooma nil.
After half time the girls came out firing and the penalties were numerous. Bega kicked a penalty goal bringing their score to 8. The Narooma women were working hard and Jamie-Anne Wright went over the try-line to score but failed to convert.
With the score Bega 8 - Narooma 4 Bega scored another penalty and kicked the goal bringing them to 10.
Bega scored another two penalties before the final siren to bring the score to Bega 14 Narooma 4.
"All the girl's tried hard, but just lacked that extra spark," one spectator said.
"Although the teams only scored one try each, Bega beat us with penalty kicks."
Don't forget the Devil women's presentation night is on this Friday night, August 21 at 6.30pm at the Devils sponsor O'Brien's Hotel and the Raw Prawn Bistro.
