Devils president, Jaime Wright said they had a good crown and all seemed to be in a happy mood.
“There were lots of laughs as Jason Hextell’s expertise as MC kept every entertained,” Jaime said.
There were apologies from two life members who were unable to attend – George Baker and Bob Bennett.
“We welcomed ex-player from Nowra, one of our premiership winners in the ‘50’s, Norman Wilson who always joins us for the night,” Jaime said.
“The biggest thrill of the night was Group 16’s shield for, for and against point score that our Ladies Tag Team won, they excelled over all the men’s teams and found themselves the first ladies team ever to be on the shield.
