Jeremy at last year’s International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) event took out first place in his division – intermediate men - and fifth place in the open men (short) class.
That led to Nationals in Brisbane where he placed sixth in Australia.
Not bad for a bloke in a small coastal town and this year he is aiming to place in the top three again and qualify for Nationals.
Both competitions are natural bodybuilding events, with the competitors tested by ASADA, so no steroids, just healthy eating and lifting heavy weights!
