THIS year Team NRT has six competitors (including coaches Richard and Sandra) competing in INBA competitions. NRT started preparing locals from the Narooma district for natural bodybuilding competitions in 2013. Since then 12 physique athletes from our local region have stepped on stage as part of Team NRT with great success, achieving multiple wins and top places.

Team NRT competitors preparing for competition next weekend (INBA South Coast Titles) and the weekend after (INBA ACT).
Richard Norman (coach)
RICHARD is returning to the stage after 10 years and battling cancer. Richard has over 25 years’ experience in bodybuilding which he will be bringing to the stage. Richard will be competing in the Open Men and Masters Men (40+) divisions.
Sandra Waters (coach)
Sandra is an experienced competitor and she competed at the INBA Nationals in 2014 qualifying by placing second at the INBA Canberra & Country Titles. Sandra is bringing an improved physique to the stage this year in the Figure Open and Figure Masters (40+) divisions.
Veronica Harrold-Carter
Veronica’s first time competing was in 2014 in the Fitness Model (40+) division. Veronica has made great improvements and is stepping up a division, this year competing in the Figure International and Figure Masters (50+) divisions.
Becky Tyrrell
Becky competed for the first time ever in the Bikini division in 2014. Becky is returning to the stage this year with greater experience and a much improved physique. Becky is competing again this year in the Bikini Open division and INBA Angels (similar to Victoria’s Secret angels).
Jodie Symons
Jodie’s first time on stage was in April this year, competing in the Fitness Model division. Jodie has an impressive physique, great posing and stage presence. Jodie is returning to stage again in the Fitness Model (Novice) division.
Julie Carlson
This year will be Julie’s first year of competing. Julie has been training for a few years, but this year she is taking on the challenge of getting on stage with the help of Team NRT’s expert coaches. Julie will be competing in the Figure First-Timers and Figure Novice divisions.
