THE 90-year-old passenger in one of the two vehicles in the accident last Monday at the Dalmeny turn-off on the Princes Highway died in Moruya Hospital on Friday.

The driver of one of the vehicles was also treated in hospital and police continue their investigations.
Well behaved
POLICE are very pleased with the behaviour of the crowd at the Narooma Blues Festival and in Narooma general over the long weekend.
Senior Sergeant Brendan O’Mahoney said there were no serious incidents and only a couple of patrons ejected from the festival itself for minor issues.
Intruder chased
CAMPERS at the caravan park on the Narooma Flat caught a man in their motor home 11pm Saturday and detaining him until security arrived.
Butt he then broke free and ran off but was located on Narooma Bridge where he allegedly became aggresive toward police and was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The 22-year-old ACT man was arrested and refused bail before being taken to the Batemans Bay lock-up.
He was charged with enter vehicle without owner’s consent and was given bail in Batemans Bay court.
Shopper theft
WORKERS at a supermarket at Bermagui at 12.15pm last Tuesday became suspicious of a shopper using a self-service register.
She was questioned and police have charged her with theft alleging while she did swipe some items, there were another $131.95 unaccounted items.
Bike stolen
A BICYCLE was reported stolen from a house on Narira Street Bermagui between Friday and Saturday.
Low ranger
A 41-year-old man was charged with low-range drink driving after failing a random breath test on Lamont Street, Bermagui 2.45pm Saturday when he registered 0.06.
Purse found
A BLACK ladies purse containing no identification was handed in to Bermagui police 5pm Friday.
Eight passengers
POLICE stopped a Holden Commodore on Ravenswood Street, Bega.5am Friday, after allegedly seeing the vehicle driving erratically.
Nine people exited the vehicle once it stopped. The driver, a 19-year-old P1 provisional licence holder, provided a positive breath test roadside and was arrested.
He was charged with mid-range PCA and a number of driving offences.
