THE Tailwagger’s Walk on Sunday at NATA Oval was a hit among the punters and the pooches. Hosted by the Eurobodalla Branch of the Animal Welfare League NSW the crew put on a splendid day of fun and competitions.
The day began with the usual walk to the Mill Bay Boardwalk followed by a show of obedience and agility.
There were plenty of competition categories including ‘The X Factor’ which gave everyone a chance to show off their hound.
With hilarious games like the potato and spoon race, musical plates and the waiters race the mood was kept lively into the afternoon.
Yve Robinson the vice-president and liaison officer for the Eurobodalla Branch was awarded AWL honourable life membership for her tireless work and commitment to the organisation.
The Eurobodalla Branch of the AWL would like to acknowledge the generous support of the following individuals, businesses and organisations for the 2012 Tailwagger’s Walk.
