Held at NATA Oval on Sunday night, the event brought to you by the Narooma Plaza was overseen by Shanna Provost and this year Santa snuck in from behind the stage, assisted by the VRA volunteers handing out lollies. Mayor Lindsay Brown wished everyone a merry and safe Christmas.
That was after he flew in from Central Tiilba where the Tilba CWA also on Sunday night hosted a carols concert at the Big Hall.
Back in Narooma, Santa Trevor Bennett’s house at 62 Warbler Crescent, Kianga was a popular destination, but Santa himself won’t be making an appearance at the house until Thursday night where he will be until Christmas Eve.
Christmas Eve will be the day that the Dalmeny Kianga RFS brigade do their big lolly run starting at Kianga at 1pm and heading north. They have more than 50kg of lolllies for Santa to throw out.
