After a solid, though disappointing season last year, the Devils have bolstered the club’s playing strength and are confident in fielding teams in all four grades.
The club maintains a link with teams in the United States Rugby League competition.
In 2014 Taylor Alley made a big impact coming from the Jacksonville Axemen in Florida and played strongly all year.
The club is looking to field three strong players from the Central Florida Warriors, who arrive soon to be a part of the side and several other players from NSW, who are interested in playing for Narooma.
Clint Wright is once again the first grade coach with Troy Cook and Koorin Campbell co-coaching reserve grade.
Todd Wright will coach the under 18s, subject to official confirmation, and the Devils are encouraging more under 18s players to train. The club is searching for a league tag coach, phone president Jamie Wright on 0439 958 872.
Training for all teams begins on February 11 at 6pm at Bill Smyth Oval. A touch match will be played tonight at Surf Beach at 5.30pm. The AGM will be held at O’Brien’s Hotel on Wednesday, February 10 at 7pm.
“It’s going to be a fantastic year of football with the Devils,” a club spokesman said.
“Come and be a part of it.”
