A PRIVATE viewing of Neil Ferguson museum in North Narooma was our 10km walk on Thursday 4 October 2012. Starting out from Ken Rose Park nineteen Dalmeny Narooma bushwalkers crossed over the bridge and turned into Riverview Road before climbing up to Hillcrest Avenue. Here we explore the old gold mines before having morning tea and enjoying the view overlooking the Wagonga Inlet and south to Mount Dromedary. After morning tea we explored more of the bush before approaching the museum of old farm engines with olden lawn mowers, bikes and an assortment of related equipment. Lunch was held on the lawn before we made our way via a trail, and a couple of gates back to Riverview Road and to the cars where Heather Ferguson was thanked for arranging our viewing of the museum and Margaret Byrne was thanked for showing the gold mines and bush in North Narooma.
