“Zoe is a purrfect choice for anyone wanting a two-month old black kitten with golden eyes to be their own star pet,” a spokeswoman said.
“Cats are low care, but the more time spent with your growing kitten, the friendlier and healthier your pet will be.
“Scratching posts, warm beds, routine feeds, night-time curfews for safety, plus plenty of play and people cuddle time will reap rewards of loyalty, love and fun for the whole family.”
Zoe is not the only kitten in need of a loving furrever home in the Eurobodalla.
“Zoe has three sisters, Chloe and Blue, who are also black,” the spokeswoman said.
“Tiah is black and white and one brother, Ruffles, is ginger and white.”
If you love ginger cats, you are in luck
“We also have Rocky and Ricky, male ginger-coloured brothers,” she said.
Then there are Ralphie, Chester and Ginger, all at 3-5 months and all needing forever homes.
Dog people are also catered for.
The league has several dogs available for adoption.
They include Shiloh, aged 7 years, who is a Rhodesian ridgeback cross.
Blacky is a Staffordshire terrier cross.
Eylah is a black and white American Staffordshire. Both dogs are aged less than two years.
All Animal Welfare League pets have been desexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, vet checked and retrained.
“Our volunteers work hard on fund-raising events, as we have no regular funding and all money raised goes to the care of AWL foster animals until they are adopted,” the spokeswoman said.
“If you can help or are interested in adopting a pet, please phone Shelagh on 0410 016 612.”
