A spokeswoman for Marine Rescue Narooma, Julia Mayo-Ramsay, said a radio officer received a call at 9.35am on June 12 from NSW Maritime Services officer Shane Murtagh.
Mr Murtagh reported a collision between the Narooma charter vessel Playstation and another vessel.
He reported the incident had occurred approximately 1.5 nautical miles south east of Montague Island.
The Narooma rescue vessel NA30 was deployed under Master Ross Constable and arrived at the scene at about 10.10am.
Ms Mayo-Ramsay said the crew reported no one had been injured in the incident.
The unnamed vessel did report any damage and was able to return to Bermagui under its own steam, the rescue crew said.
However, Playstation, a Charter Fish Narooma vessel, was damaged and required towing back to Narooma.
