Police still seeking leads in Bermagui oval arson
DETECTIVES from Bega are hoping someone saw something or has any information about the burning down of the club buildings at the Bermagui oval one month ago.
There has been no evidence to identify any specific offenders yet, but crime scene investigators did inspect the burned-out shell of the building and detectives are awaiting that evidence.
The Bega Valley Shire Council has lodged an insurance claim on the structure, and the remains will be removed once this process is complete.

Police and the fire brigade attended extinguishing the bin that melted into a toxic mess but could not locate anyone in the area.
