Chilly conditions greeted the Narooma Numnutz winter swimmers on Sunday for Swim 13 of 2016.

It was decided to swim through the Narooma bar again. There were 22 attending and 20 swam the bar on an outgoing tide. The water temp was 14 degrees, and outside temp 9 degrees.
After warming drinks on the breakwall, there was chicken vegetable soup and a warm fire back at O’Briens.
Not long now until the winter swimming championships in Newcastle and planning is well underway.
The Narooma Numnutz winter swimmers meet every Sunday during winter at the far south end of Bar Beach at 9am – all are welcome!
