An existing 60km/h speed zone will be reduced to 50km/h for almost 400 metres from 350 metres south of Jade Place to 250 metres north of Eurobodalla Road.
The second change will reduce the existing 80km/h zone to 60km/h for around 630 metres from 200 metres south of Potato Point Road to 190 metres south of Bodalla Park Drive, due to nearby development.
Both locations on the Princes Highway were subject to a speed zone review carried out by Roads and Maritime Services earlier this year after concerns were raised by the community.
The changes will provide a safer road for all road users by providing a consistent network speed.
The new speed zones come into effect from Wednesday, September 7 and motorists should slow down and drive to the new conditions.
Electronic message signs are in place to inform motorists of the new speed limits.
Members of the community can sign up at the Safer Roads NSW website to receive updates about changes to permanent speed limits in their nominated area and to have a say on speed limits.
