Contracts have been exchanged for Silvermere Farm, which includes a luxury mansion and a private jetty.
The final price and the buyers’ identity have both been kept confidential, though the estate was being marketed at $4.75 million.
The property was sold by David Nolan Webster Nolan Real Estate, Sydney and John Murray Whale Coast Realty, Narooma.
The former dairy farm was transformed by owners Denis and Kerry Davies into a cattle and sheep property.
The architect-designed main residence boasts a designer kitchen and spacious living areas, which feature high ceilings, curved timber feature panels and stone walls, and which open onto the expansive outdoor decks with their stunning lake, ocean and bush views.
David Nolan and John Murray said the sale reflects the strength in the Narooma rural property market and the diverse make-up of the top-end investors.
