Two Narooma locals, Elsa Dawson and Jo Freebody, have performed well in the Far South Coast Dressage Association’s end-of-year championships over the weekend of November 26-27 in perfect conditions at the Cobargo Showground.

Local rider Narooma Elsa Dawson and her horse Hooley Dooley rode two Preliminary level dressage tests, placing third in the Prelim 1.2, and second in the Prelim 1.3 . The combined score of both tests saw her win the Preliminary Champion.

Another local, Jo Freebody of Wandella who works in Narooma and her horse KA Rosko, were fifth in the Prelim 1.2, and equal third in the Prelim 1.3, to take out the Preliminary Reserve Champion.
