The little blue car has sat at an entrance to Eurobodalla National Park, across from Corunna Lake, since police pulled the driver over months ago.
It has become an eyesore for motorists, with the wheels being removed some weeks after it was abandoned, the side panels smashed in and the licence plates removed.
Narooma police a few weeks ago said it was not in their power to have it removed as it was registered.
Now a red sticker has appeared on the windscreen warning the unnamed owner that Eurobodalla Shire Council rangers would remove it within seven days.
Commuters passing it daily will be relieved.
