Narooma Ladies Golf – This week we are proud to announce that Sylvia Donohoe has won the Cooma Ladies Golf Open Tournament. Monday, May 8 was a Stableford event and Division 1 winner was C. Fader with 37 points and Division 2 was won by M. Casswell with 39 points. Nearest the pin on the 3rd hole for Division 2 was won by M. Bennett on the 9th hole for 3rd Division was won by V. Spooner and there was no winner for Division 1 on the 17th hole. Balls went to 33 points. Wednesday, May 10 was the NSW 4BBB vs Par event. The winners were K. Roberts and P. Bennett with a great score of +11.

Bermagui Ladies Golf – The Bermagui Ladies that went to the Cooma Open last weekend had a killing. On the Saturday Maggie Hayes and Lynn Ponsford won the Canadian Foursomes with 74.15 and the runner up were Jan Heaver and Jo Buttrey with 77.25. Meanwhile at Bermagui, Saturday’s winner was Bev Tyson with 34 points. Runner up Barb Harrop 32 pts. On Wednesday we had the May monthly medal and the winner was our beautiful 90-year-old Norma Heddles with a nice 75 nett.
