CWA: Help make things happen

It is membership renewal time for CWA Narooma, so now is the time to consider becoming a member.

The annual fee of $62 is due before the October AGM. Placing the correct money in an envelope, with your name on it, will assist the treasurer. Drop envelopes at the free morning tea, 10am-noon, September 19. Choir is held from 1–2.30pm, Tuesdays, from September 19 or Friday mornings, from 10am-noon at the CWA rooms. These fees cover both State, group and branch contributions. After the awareness week, president Joanne King hopes everyone knows the CWA “can make things happen, not just tea and scones”.

A garage sale will be held on the long weekend, on Saturday, September 30, from 8am-2pm. There will be baked goods, a sausage sizzle and room of discoveries.

Donations of items gratefully received at rooms on times as above or ring Joanne on 4476 7461. Karaoke lunch has been moved to October, so watch this space or ring Joanne on 4476 7461.
