Final preparations are now being made for Narooma’s Renewable Energy Expo and Forum on Saturday, November 25. This is a community project by the Rotary Club of Narooma.

Expo coordinator Frank Eden said it was a great opportunity for householders and business owners to talk with suppliers and experts about how to save on power bills, be more environmentally sustainable, and about possible investment opportunities.

“People are keen to get the latest information and about the way ahead,” Mr Eden said. “Most of the local suppliers of solar panels and batteries will be at the Expo in Narooma’s Sport & Leisure Centre from 10am until 4pm.”

The 20 exhibitors also include solar hot water suppliers, battery suppliers, independent advisors on solar panel technologies and cutting costs and reducing emissions, advisors on investing in solar farms, some hybrid and electric cars, electric bikes, and battery operated tools like chainsaws.’
