How do I login to my account?
Learn how to log in to your account and access your subscription on a web browser or through the mobile apps.
Web browser:
Helpful Tip
Website: You need to log in to access all of the benefits of your subscription.
There are two ways to log into your account on the web:
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Select the Continue with option if you have connected your Google, or Apple account to your account
To log in using your email address and password:
- Select Log In in the top right hand corner of the page:
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Continue.
- Enter the password associated with your account and select Log In.
Note: If you are on our website on desktop or mobile and you are logged in, your name will appear in the top right corner of the website.
Mobile app:
- Select Settings (...) in the bottom right hand corner of the app:
- Select Sign in
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Continue.
- Enter the password associated with your account and select Log In.
