Your new company
This SA Government Department is dedicated in delivering programs and policies to protect the rights of South Australians. They are seeking an ASO4 Records Management Officer the work in a CBD location for a short term assignment.

Your new role
Working within the established Administration team, you will be required to access and sentence legal documents. This entails organising files in the appropriate numerical order, classifying these files against either an Operational Records Disposal Schedule or General Disposal Schedule 30, listing records on consignment lists and filling the records in archiving boxes and updating consignment lists accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working in Record Sentencing.
  • Ability to safely lift boxes weighing up to16kgs.
  • Ability to safely handle confidential information
  • Ability to confidentially use MS Excel to enter data.
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to work efficiently within an autonomous work environment.
  • Proficient abilities to communicate, both in written and verbally.

Please note you must hold a current NPC or be required to undergo one.
