CX Solutions Consultant
Green Light Australia is currently seeking a CX Solutions Consultant for one of their clients where you will be a senior member of the Customer Solutions and Cloud business.
- Hybrid role
- Adelaide or Melbourne location
- Contract role –12 + 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the Client as a leader in the domain of Customer Experience
- Create and implement growth strategies that differentiates the Client as an industry leader and drive growth of the Client’s CX solutions.
- Effectively engage across all levels in the customer’s organization including C-level executives and decision makers
Requirements:
- Seasoned CX consultant/practitioner with a passion for contemporary digital solutions that push the boundaries of traditional thinking, and your creative mindset will drive innovation and thought leadership
- An understanding of Digital CX; CX AI and Automation; Contact Centre operations; contemporary concepts and technologies
- Knowledge of Cisco products
- Strong consultative strategic solution capability; presentation, sales, written communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to a business
- Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple stakeholders to achieve results
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative organization
- Experience building and executing industry growth strategies
- Track record of exceptional growth performance
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA with relevant sales experience in technology, telecommunication or contact centre related industry
