Our client is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join their field service team, located in Western Sydney. This company is a leading provider of equipment to the Australian waste industry, with one of the biggest product portfolio's on the market. Apply now and join the team today!

Your new role

Within your new role you will complete 3 months within the company's workshop repairing all company waste equipment. The remainder of the position includes Field Service repairs at council depots. The successful candidate will also receive a company vehicle, phone & laptop.

Responsibilities can include:

• Repairing front, rear and side loading refuse machines, compact and Truck Mounted Sweepers, Vacuum Tankers, transportable and static compactors.
• Hydraulic fault find and repairs
• Welding

What you'll need to succeed

• Heavy vehicle Mechanic (Cert 3)
• MVRIC
• Experience with hydraulic servicing and repairs is desired
• Ability to work in a team environment
