ILS Manager

Your new company
This company is well established in the Defence Industry providing engineering systems to varying platforms across air, land and sea. Due to an expanding portfolio of work, they are looking for an experienced Senior ILS Engineer looking for the next step in their career, or ILS Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As the ILS Manager you will be responsible for the planning and conduct of logistics support activities across all projects and leadership of the assigned engineering teams. This will include the development and delivery of the Logistics Support elements and ensuring requirements and compliance with project plans. You will have the opportunity to fully utilise your Reliability, Availability, Maintainability RAM understanding, providing advice and supporting documentation to ensure effective delivery of critical Defence Industry projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
• Ideally Defence or a similar highly technical industry experience
• Past and proven experience in leading teams and projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Reliability, Availability, Maintainability Analysis skills
• As these projects will be Defence Industry specific you must have or be eligible to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance.
