Interim Accounts Payable Officer - Multiple Positions Available

• Locations include the CBD, Pinkenba and Woolloongabba

All are large, corporate organisations offering a professional environment.

Job Description

All roles are hands on, Accounts Payable Officer roles. Key duties include:

• Working together with the Accounts Payable Team Leader and other team members to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including prompt responses to queries and Accounts Payable issues
• Timely, accurate and efficient data entry
• Processing / checking purchase orders to match against supplier invoices
• Ensuring all supplier invoices processed are tax compliant in accordance with ATO requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of the vendor master file
• Efficient and timely payment processing via internet banking portals (as directed by Manager)
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Maintaining the paperless filing system
• Timely retrieval of archived documents as required
• Being a team player and assisting the team to ensure coverage of duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have strong Accounts Payable experience and be available on a short notice period - ideally immediately, but within a week is fine for most of these roles.

SAP experience will be helpful for some of these positions.

You will hold working rights for Australia and be currently based in Brisbane.
