Description HOBAN Recruitment in partnership with the NSW State Emergency Services are seeking mutiple Program Support Officers for a 6 month temporary opportunity to start as soon as possible with the potential for extension. These roles are onsite and will require candidates to attend the State Headquaters in Wollongong each day. The Program Support Officer will provide operational support focusing on quality assurance within the department, document management, updating documents, uploading and managing intranet, as well as adhoc business support duties as required. Must haves: Strong administration and business support skills Ability to interpret and utilize policy in decision making Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders Willingness to work a 38-40 hour week Mon-Fri with potential for some flexibility needed Must be fully vaccinated Willingness to undergo background check to work in State Government Great to haves: Program Support experience QA experience or knowledge of QA ISO 9001 Previous Government experience would be very beneficial Knowledge of AIMMS or experience within emergnecy services This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the NSW SES, if this sounds like the opportunity for you please do not delay apply now to be considered immediately- roles will start before Christmas!
