Project Manager- client side consultancy

Our client is an established national project management and advisory firm that employ over 20 staff across 2 offices in Australia. Working closely with major blue chip clients here in Australia and overseas, they offer services including development, planning, procurement management, project management, advisory and project delivery advisory across a range of sectors. They have a current project portfolio which is second to none in Victoria across $100m+ buildings. Their name is on Victoria's most exciting projects and clients.

They require 2x Project Managers who have Tier 1 or 2 builder experience here in Melbourne and want a challenge in the PM consultancy space. Essential that the projects you have worked on are $50m+.

The Melbourne office currently employs 15 staff and are growing their team. With well connected Directors they now require 2 x Project Managers to join their team to deliver this work and with a view to build, develop and grow.

We want people who are under utilised and want a challenge and a genuine career path to Directorship. Smart and ambitious project managers. You may be a PE, CA or PM at a reputable Tier 1 or 2 builder.

Your new role
This opportunity would see you work closely with experienced PM's and Executive Directors of the company across a range of major projects, you will have the opportunity to be working with a range of blue chip clients. You’ll be responsible for the front end delivery of major projects and therefore involved in development, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management and project planning, through to construction delivery. Asset management, strategy, risk.

What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking to speak to CA's / Project Coordinators, Project Managers with 4-15 years’ experience The ideal candidate MUST have experience here in Victoria, have a strong background in building projects $50m+, and have client interaction.

Victorian based, outstanding stakeholder and communication skills. Demands by our client.
